Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, you must request one within 2 days of your purchase. Requests made after this timeframe will not be accepted.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer support team at yaroslav91@gmail.com and provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return.
2. Our customer support team will review your request and determine whether you are eligible for a refund based on our refund policy. If your refund is approved, you will receive further instructions on how to proceed with the return process.
3. Once we have received and inspected the item(s), we will process your refund. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment within 5 business days.

Please note that fees of payment service is non-refundable.
